Poor recovery

I don't know if I am getting old, but my rate of recovery isn't there anymore..

It's day 3 after the 32km route march and my right leg still hurts like crazy.  Especially the hamstring and the toe area. I think the hamstring is just muscle ache. But the toe area is injured probably because of the sprain during the route march.

It hurts so badly that I don't even want to step out of my house.

I think I will be going to visit the MO tomorrow in camp to get some painkillers and a muscle rub.
